We strive to provide excellent repair services. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. Please review the following policy regarding refunds:
Non-Refundable Items
- • Diagnostic and service fees are non-refundable once work has started.
- • Deposits for parts or bookings may be non-refundable once confirmed.
- • Parts are non-refundable unless defective.
Repair Success & Guarantees
Not all repairs are guaranteed due to device condition. Refunds or rework are reviewed case by case. If your repair is unsuccessful, we will assess the situation and discuss options with you.
Please contact us within 7 days for any issues or concerns regarding your repair.
How Refunds Are Processed
If a refund is approved:
- • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- • Original payment method will be used when possible
- • You may need to return parts or devices
