Service Agreement

By engaging Proxima Tech Repair for repair services or technical support, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services are provided on an as-is basis.

Limitations of Liability

Proxima Tech Repair is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or damage that occurs during repair services. We recommend backing up your data before providing devices to us for repair. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the safety of your data.

Device Condition

Devices must be in safe working condition to accept for repair. We reserve the right to refuse service for devices that pose a safety risk. We are not responsible for devices that fail, catch fire, or cause other damage during repair attempts.

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your device and the issues you're experiencing. You are also responsible for retrieving your device in a timely manner after repair completion.

Warranty & Guarantees

Not all repairs are guaranteed due to device condition. Repairs may fail due to component failure, prior damage, or other factors. We will do our best to fix your device, but we cannot guarantee success in all cases. Any guarantees or warranties will be communicated in writing when applicable.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit card, and other payment methods as agreed. A quote will be provided before work begins, and you will be notified of any changes to the estimate.

Changes to Terms

Proxima Tech Repair reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
